Return And Refund Policy

Q: What details should be paid attention to in the return process?
You have a 7-day hesitation period (including holidays) after receiving the product. During this period, if you have any questions about the product, you can return it unconditionally without paying any fees. However, please be sure to keep the invoice and the original package of the product (including all accessories). Once the package is opened and used, those who have not kept it after the expiration date, or those whose accessories are incomplete, cannot be returned.

Products cannot be returned or exchanged in any of the following situations:
1. The return request has been submitted for more than 7 days after receiving the product.
2. The product has been unpacked.
3. The additional gift has been unpacked and used.

Q: How do I go about returning the product?

Payment by remittance/cash on delivery:
After receiving the returned goods, the money will be remitted to your designated account within 21 working days.
